On Tuesday 11th June we gathered together for our final school assembly in honour of Nick Davern. Mr Davern worked as Acting Principal in Tynagh NS for this current school year and was a valued member of our staff. We thank him for all his hard work, kindness and dedication throughout his time with us. The boys and girls presented him with beautiful handmade cards. 5th Class read out and shared stories and many happy memories of Mr Davern. 6th Class performed a rap! Our Junior Classes sang a song about gifts and talents, and all classes performed a special song dedicated to Sir! We even presented Mr Davern with a Star of the Week badge!
